11月5日，微创机器人（02252）发布公告，公司董事会宣布董事成员变动。孙洪斌因需处理其他公务辞去非执行董事、董事会主席等职务。
房聪因同样原因辞去执行董事职务，自临时股东大会结束时起生效。李明华也因需处理其他公务辞去独立非执行董事及多个委员会成员职务。上述辞职均自即将举行的临时股东大会结束时起生效。董事会提名常兆华、白藤泰司、芦田典裕及梁敏为非执行董事，待股东在临时股东大会上审议及批准。
常兆华，62岁，在医疗器械行业有逾34年经验，目前担任微创医疗（00853）的董事会主席及首席执行官，微创脑科学（02172）董事会主席兼非执行董事，并担任上海理工大学医疗器械学院教授。
白藤泰司，81岁，现担任微创医疗顾问。芦田典裕，70岁，曾任微创医疗非执行董事，现任顾问职务。梁敏，39岁，现任微创投资控股有限公司海外事业部商业负责人。
