Soon Hock Enterprises (SGX:SHE) granted an option to purchase to Bright Oasis to acquire its leasehold property located in Singapore for SG$1.5 million, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The option to purchase is required to be exercised by Nov. 27.
The leasehold property has a 60-year lease which commenced on Dec. 15, 2010.
