Powerlong Real Estate (HKG:1238) recorded contracted sales and sales area of around 714 million yuan and 66,960 square meters, respectively, in October, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
For the 10 months ended Oct. 31, contracted sales and sales area reached roughly a respective 6.15 billion and 537,974 square meters.
