高盛集团晋升的董事总经理中，女性比例降至苏德巍（David Solomon）于2018年出任首席执行官以来的最低水平。

　　根据高盛周四公布的数据，女性占新晋升董事总经理人数的27%。2023年上一轮为31%。

　　这也终结了自2017年以来持续增长的趋势，当年女性比例为24%。

　　苏德巍上周在华盛顿接受采访时暗示，公司在提升性别代表性方面仍需做出更多努力。“我们已经取得了不少进展，尤其是在高层方面，但坦白讲还不够，”苏德巍表示。

　　在今年早些时候的一轮高层晋升中，苏德巍还将该行最高决策机构管理委员会中的女性比例从25%降至22%。

　　高盛共晋升638名员工为董事总经理，为2021年以来最多的一次。
