消息面上，11月6日，中国秦发发布公告，继近期摩根士丹利资本国际公司(MSCI)进行指数检讨后，本公司已获纳入MSCI全球小型股指数成分股。该调整将于2025年11月24日收盘后生效。MSCI全球小型股指数由MSCI所编制，旨在衡量市场小型股公司的表现。MSCI指数为国际专业投资机构所参考。
近日，中国秦发发布公告，全资附属公司PT Trisula Sumber Energi(TSE)于印度尼西亚南加里曼丹的煤矿开发进度最新情况。TSE煤矿目前处于营运前规划阶段，尚未开始建设工程。本公司预计将于2026年第一季度展开矿场建设活动。民生证券指出，公司目前拥有印尼SDE、TSE、SME、VSE、IMJ五大矿区采矿权，先行开发的SDE矿区已规划产能达3000万吨。
