11月7日早间，新能源材料领域全球龙头企业中伟股份披露《关于刊发H股招股说明书、H股发行价格区间及H股香港公开发售等事宜的公告》，港股发行价格区间出炉，初步确定为34.00港元至37.80港元。
本次全球发售H股基础发行股数为104,225,400股（视乎发售量调整权及超额配售权行使与否而定），其中，初步安排香港公开发售10,422,600股（可予重新分配），约占全球发售总数的10.00%；国际发售93,802,800股（可予重新分配及视乎超额配售权行使与否而定），约占全球发售总数的90.00%。
自上市日至香港公开发售截止日后起30日内，整体协调人还可以通过行使超额配售权，要求公司按发售价配发及发行最多不超过15,633,800股额外H股。
