0106 GMT - AIMS APAC REIT likely has some levers to drive strong earnings growth, DBS Group Research's Dale Lai says in a research report. There's potential for further organic growth within its portfolio, as several properties have untapped plot ratios, the analyst notes. These properties could generate over 2.0 million square feet of additional gross floor area to boost further earnings growth, the analyst says. The REIT has also been proactively rejuvenating its portfolio and executing asset enhancement initiatives to spur higher rents. DBS lifts its FY 2026-2027 distribution-per-unit forecasts for the REIT by around 3%. It raises the trust's target price to S$1.60 from S$1.55 with an unchanged buy rating. Units are unchanged at S$1.40. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
