新浪科技讯 11月6日上午消息，自动驾驶企业小马智行宣布在香港联合交易所主板挂牌上市。本次港股IPO中，公司已悉数行使发售量调整权，共计发行约4825万股，绿鞋后集资额可达77亿港元，成为2025年自动驾驶行业规模最大IPO。
2024年11月，小马智行在美国纳斯达克以股票代码“PONY”成功上市，此次港股挂牌，标志着公司构建起“美股+港股”双重主要上市架构，不仅有助于公司在定价机制、流动性来源与投资者构成上形成跨市场协同，也为未来纳入港股通、吸引内地投资者参与奠定制度基础。
