Spirit Technology Solutions (ASX:ST1) said it changed its company name to Infotrust, effective Oct. 27, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The firm received the certificate of registration confirming the name change on Thursday. It was advised by ASX that its ticker code will change from "ST1" to "ITS" at the start of trading on Monday, Nov. 10.
