Wind energy company Inox Wind (NSE:INOXWIND, BOM:539083) has bagged orders aggregating to 229 MW, according to a Thursday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The company has secured a 160 MW order, including a 112 MW firm order with an option to extend by an additional 48 MW, from an Indian independent power producer (IPP) player for the supply of its 3.3 MW wind turbine generators.
This will be used by the customer at its projects being developed across multiple sites. The order also includes limited-scope engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services and multi-year operations & maintenance after the commissioning.
The company also received a repeat order for 69 MW from another leading renewable energy company for a project in
Maharashtra, India. The company had received a 153 MW order from the same customer in March.
