Collins Foods (ASX:CKF) approved a retention bonus plan for key executives, including Chief Executive Xavier Simonet, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Simonet will receive a one-off cash bonus of AU$307,517, equivalent to 25% of his fixed remuneration, payable in two equal installments at the end of fiscal years 2026 and 2027, while other executives will receive a one-off bonus at the end of fiscal year 2026, the filing said.

The bonuses are separate from existing remuneration, do not include any equity, and will be forfeited if an executive resigns or is terminated for cause, the filing added.
