智通财经APP讯，首程控股(00697)发布公告，近日，集团所属首程资本旗下公司(公司全资附属公司)所管理的北京机器人产业发展投资基金(有限合伙)和北京首新金安股权投资合伙企业(有限合伙)投资无锡泉智博科技有限公司。本次投资是继2025年9月投资之后的追加投资，将有力推动被投企业进一步加速技术研发，推进生产制造的迭代升级并扩大产能，推进机器人技术的产业化进程。
泉智博是国内领先的旋转一体化关节研发及制造厂商，其产品线涵盖人形机器人、机器狗、机械臂、外骨骼等多种应用场景，并致力于新一代高扭矩密度、高力控精度、高效率机器人一体化关节的研发与制造。此次投资将重点投入生产制造升级及核心产品的研发，推动技术迭代升级，进一步提升产能并保障市场供给，从而为机器人行业向规模化发展注入持续动力。
集团未来将坚定不移地持续加大在机器人产业的投资布局，尤其是与细分领域头部企业进行持续合作，致力于通过资本赋能和产业协同，推动被投企业实现规模化和产业化发展，推动中国智能机器人产业的高质量与可持续发展。
