智通财经APP讯，今海医疗科技(02225)发布公告，于2025年11月6日，公司间接全资附属公司今海科技发展(上海)有限公司(今海上海)与美敦力之间接全资附属公司美敦力常州医疗器械有限公司(美敦力常州)就于中国推广临床应用的实时导航追踪嵴柱内窥镜技术的战略合作订立战略合作框架协议。
根据战略合作框架协议，订约方将寻求(1) 围绕临床需求，开发国内领先、国际先进的导航嵴柱内窥镜一体化解决方案，(2) 投入资源组织国内外学术交流活动，促进实时导航追踪嵴柱内窥镜技术在中国的临床学术交流及技术进步，(3)互相提供导航嵴柱内窥镜样机用于临床演示、培训及市场推广活动，以支持实时导航追踪嵴柱内窥镜技术的测试及评估。
