智通财经APP讯，中国万天控股(01854)发布公告，宣布自2025年11月6日起生效：雷彩姚女士已辞任独立非执行董事职务，并不再担任公司审核委员会主席、公司薪酬委员会成员及公司提名委员会成员，原因为彼拟投身其他业务承担;及萧镇邦先生已辞任独立非执行董事职务，并不再担任审核委员会、薪酬委员会、提名委员会、公司环境、社会及管治委员会及公司气候变化委员会各自的成员，原因为彼拟投身其他业务承担。
董事会欣然宣布，陈诗敏女士及许俊健先生均已获委任为独立非执行董事，自2025年11月6日起生效。
董事会亦公布董事委员会组成以下变动，自2025年11月6日起生效：(i)陈女士获委任为审核委员会主席及薪酬委员会及提名委员会成员;(ii)许先生获委任为审核委员会、薪酬委员会、提名委员会及ESG委员会成员;及(iii)林至颕先生获委任为气候变化委员会成员。
