知情人士称，中国平安银行、兴业银行和民生银行拟安排一笔为期七年、金额约14亿美元的银团贷款，但具体条款仍在协商中，参与银行名单尚未最终确定。由于交易尚未公开，知情人士要求匿名。这笔贷款将用于支付博裕资本的收购款项，以及满足新合资企业的营运资金和扩张需求。
