11月6日，国际指数编制公司明晟（MSCI）公布2025年11月份指数审议结果，调整将于11月24日收盘后正式生效。本次调整中，MSCI全球小盘股指数新增22只个股，中国秦发（00866）成功入选。

　　MSCI指数调整主要依据市值、流动性等客观量化指标，个股纳入通常被视为获得全球资本市场认可的信号，有望吸引被动资金配置，为相关上市公司带来流动性提升机遇。

　　作为国内领先的非国有动力煤供应商，中国秦发成立于1996年，2009年在香港主板上市，主营业务覆盖动力煤生产、选配、运输、销售及贸易，构建了包含印尼采煤、煤炭购销、选煤、存储及配煤在内的一体化煤炭供应链体系。经过多年深耕，公司已形成高效运作的动力煤产运销管理模式，并培养出一支专业高效的管理团队，为业务稳定运营奠定坚实基础。

　　财务数据方面，中国秦发于2025年9月29日披露的中期报告显示，报告期内公司实现营业收入10.89亿元，同比大幅增长120.79%；归母净利润则为亏损1.26亿元。
