智通财经APP讯，硬蛋创新(00400)公布，公司已于2025年11月6日与深圳市汇芯股权投资管理有限公司(汇芯投资)订立一份不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录。汇芯投资为于中华人民共和国成立的公司，并为国家5G中高频器件创新中心(NARFD)的核心运营单位。
该谅解备忘录旨在确立集团与NARFD的战略合作框架，共同开展AIoT创新企业孵化平台。该集团将运用其在人工智能芯片应用、方案设计及供应链整合方面 的优势，结合NARFD的强大科研、孵化及资本资源，携手为AIoT创新企业提供坚实的初创支持。
NARFD于工业和信息化部指导下设立，属于国家级制造业创新中心体系的重要组成部分。董事会认为，是次合作将助力双方在技术、资本、产业资源及政府支持等方面形成优势互补，为AIoT初创企业构建完整的产业生态系统。该合作有望进一步巩固集团于人工智能硬件行业的地位，拓展市场覆盖范围，加速创新人工智能产品的商业化进程，为建立长期战略伙伴关系及可持续发展奠定坚实基础。
