Royal Orchid & Regenta (NSE:ROHLTD, BOM:532699) has signed a new 51-key Regenta Resort at Bathinda in Punjab, India, according to a Thursday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The upcoming property will be developed in partnership with Firdaus Hotels and will operate under a management agreement.
The company's shares were down over 2% in recent trade.
