11月6日，太古股份公司A（00019）发布公告，公司在2025年第三季度的运营数据报告显示，香港及中国内地的投资物业租用率保持在较高水平。
香港整体办公楼的租用率为93%，较2025年6月的92%有所上升。太古广场的租用率为95%，较2025年6月的96%略有下降，而太古坊整体的租用率为93%，也较2025年6月的90%有所提升。
在零售物业方面，太古广场购物商场和太古城中心的租用率均为100%，零售销售额同比增长3.6%和3.0%。中国内地的北京三里屯太古里租用率为98%，销售额同比增长7.8%。此外，上海兴业太古汇的租用率为93%，同比增长41.9%。
该公司还披露了多个在建项目的进展情况，包括北京太古坊和西安太古里的建设进度，预计将在2026年和2027年陆续完成。
