格隆汇11月6日丨江苏国泰(002091.SZ)公布，公司接到产发集团通知，张家港市人民政府将国际贸易100%股权无偿划转至产发集团的工商变更登记手续已办理完成，国际贸易取得了由张家港市数据局换发的《营业执照》。本次工商变更登记手续办理完成后，公司控股股东仍为国际贸易，产发集团为间接控股股东，实际控制人变更为张家港市国有资产管理中心。
