智通财经APP获悉，乐华娱乐(02306)跌超6%，当前股价较今年6月高点已回落逾30%。截至发稿，跌6.03%，报2.18港元，成交额384.13万港元。
消息面上，11月6日，“曝王一博不续约乐华”，“乐华娱乐大跌”相关词条进入微博热搜。据新浪财经报道，乐华娱乐投资者关系部门在接受记者采访时表示：“他（王一博）与公司的合约原本也要到明年才到期，到时候请看我们官方的宣布。”据悉，2024年乐华娱乐总营收7.65亿，其中王一博贡献了4.59亿元，占比超过60%。而王一博和乐华娱乐的合约2026年10月到期，双方合作关系变化备受关注。
今年上半年，乐华娱乐实现收入4.14亿元，同比增加19.28%；股东应占溢利5809.9万元，同比增加88.66%。据财报披露，除艺人管理及音乐IP制作及运营业务外，于报告期间，乐华娱乐IP运营业务继续发展。今年上半年，公司IP运营业务产生的收入为2060.6万元，同比增长128%。
