Adds new items, updates futures

Nov 7 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening lower on Friday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.04%.

* ITV: ITV ITV.L said it was in talks with pay-TV company Sky, owned by Comcast CMCSA.O over a potential sale of the British broadcaster's media and entertainment (M&E) unit for 1.6 billion pounds ($2.15 billion) including debt.

* WIZZ AIR: Wizz Air WIZZ.L said it had delayed taking the deliveries of 88 Airbus AIR.PA jets to fiscal year 2033, from 2030, and reduced its commitment to long-haul jets as the budget airline seeks to prioritize profitability.

* IAG: British Airways-owner IAG ICAG.L reported a slight increase in operating profit for the third quarter, largely in line with estimates, but highlighted continuing weakness in its U.S. point-of-sale economy cabin offering.

* VODAFONE: Vodafone VOD.L and AST SpaceMobile ASTS.O said they planned to establish a satellite constellation aimed at delivering satellite-to-smartphone connectivity for commercial and government applications across Europe.

* GREENCORE: Greencore GNC.L said the UK competition regulator had in principle accepted its proposed remedy to secure approval for its acquisition of Bakkavor BAKK.L.

* RIGHTMOVE: Rightmove RMV.L forecast slower profit growth in 2026, weighed down by investments of about 18 million pounds ($24.2 million) it expects to make, primarily in artificial intelligence, to bolster operations in the long term.

* HOUSE PRICES: British house prices last month rose at the fastest pace since January, data from mortgage lender Halifax showed.

* COMMODITIES: Oil edged up following three days of declines on worries about excess supply and slowing demand in the U.S, Copper was set for a weekly loss as the market pared overextended gains and Gold rose as the dollar slid after U.S. private-sector job reports.
