交银国际表示，医药行业板块3Q25业绩呈现边际复苏态势，其中与创新产业链关联紧密的化药/生物药公司和CXO板块表现较优，集采影响逐步出清的子板块也有改善迹象。10月港股医药回调主因情绪回落和资金获利了结，但板块基本面不变、依旧强劲向好；11月起，行业催化剂增多（各项学术大会、BD出海交易、利好政策落地、潜在降息等），板块投资情绪有望企稳回升。
