　　11月6日消息，潍柴动力（2338.HK）跳空高开超5%，盘初拉升涨超13%，报20.38港元，股价创2021年3月以来新高。

　　消息面上，11月5日，Ceres Power宣布与潍柴动力签署固体氧化物燃料电池（SOFC）制造许可协议，进一步巩固双方既有合作关系。潍柴方面将建立新工厂生产电池与电堆，面向数据中心、商业及工业用电市场，预计相关收入将于2026财年确认。

　　方正证券研报指出，潍柴动力获Ceres SOFC制造许可，开辟电力能源又一增长极。该行还称，今年以来，公司业绩稳健增长，前三季度营收、归母净利润同比分别增长5%、6%，全年盈利突破120亿元的预期进一步强化。当前PE估值不足12倍，处于近三年40%分位以下，具备较高安全边际。随着明年年初新能源重卡渗透率收敛，主业中长期悲观预期有望扭转，估值修复空间可观。维持“推荐”评级。
