智通财经APP获悉，周四，Snap Inc(SNAP.US)大涨逾18%，报8.63美元。Snap第三季度营收同比增长10%至15.1亿美元，略高于分析师预期。得益于重组和成本控制措施，净亏损收窄至1.04亿美元，去年同期净亏损为1.53亿美元；远好于分析师预期的超2亿美元亏损。Snap预计四季度营收将在16.8亿至17.1亿美元之间，该区间中值16.95亿美元略高于华尔街16.9亿美元的预期。公司同时透露，第四季度经调整后EBITDA预计将介于2.8亿至3.1亿美元之间，超过StreetAccount预测的2.554亿美元。
另外，周三，Snap宣布与AI初创公司Perplexity达成4亿美元合作协议，Perplexity将在一年内通过现金和股权组合支付4亿美元，从2026年开始在Snapchat应用中获得显著展示位置。这项交易为Snap开辟了新的收入来源，此前该公司广告业务增长一直受到Meta等资金雄厚竞争对手的挤压。
