N-able Shares Rise After Q3 Beat, Higher Full-Year Revenue Outlook

N-able (NABL) shares were up 4.8% in early Thursday trading after the company reported Q3 non-GAAP net income and revenue that surpassed analysts' estimates and raised its full-year revenue guidance.

The company reported Q3 non-GAAP net income Thursday of $0.13 per diluted share, unchanged from a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.09.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $131.7 million, up from $116.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $127.6 million.

The company said it expects Q4 total revenue of $126.5 million to $127.5 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $124.8 million.

N-able said it expects full-year 2025 total revenue of $507.7 million to $508.7 million. In August, the company projected revenue of $500 million to $503 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $501.8 million.
