智通财经APP讯，中烟香港(06055)发布公告，公司在向新增区域出口卷烟框架协议基础上，于2025年11月6日与安徽中烟工业有限责任公司(安徽中烟)签订“王冠”雪茄全球市场独家经销协议。
根据王冠雪茄独家经销协议，公司“王冠”雪茄的独家经销范围已由原有的泰王国、新加坡共和国、中国香港及澳门的免税市场以及中国境内免税市场扩展至全球市场(中国内地除外)。自2025年7月至今，公司相继与四川中烟工业有限责任公司、湖北中烟工业有限责任公司、安徽中烟签订雪茄全球市场独家经销协议及与山东中烟工业有限责任公司签订雪茄全球市场独家代理协议，初步完成中式雪茄全球销售平台的构建。公司将以此为契机，继续深化与上述四家雪茄品牌企业的协同合作，共同打造具有国际影响力和竞争力的中式雪茄品牌。
