原标题：首次亮相！中国银行协助巴克莱银行发行20亿元熊猫债

　　近日，中国银行作为牵头主承销商和簿记管理人，协助巴克莱银行有限公司在中国银行间市场首次发行20亿元熊猫债，其中三年期10亿元，五年期（含赎回选择权）10亿元，票面利率分别为1.95%和2.05%。

　　本次发行是首笔英国发行人发行的熊猫债，吸引了境内外投资人踊跃参与。巴克莱银行首次进入中国熊猫债市场，示范效应显著，为更多国际优质发行人拓宽融资渠道提供了可资借鉴的范例，对促进国际发行人参与境内债券市场常态化发行具有重要意义。

　　近年来，熊猫债市场规模稳步扩大，制度不断优化完善，优质境外发行人持续增加，对境内外投资人的吸引力日趋提升，在支持“一带一路”建设、绿色发展、产业升级等方面发挥重要作用。
