Snap 公司于周四宣布，已签署协议将 Perplexity 的人工智能搜索引擎直接整合到 Snapchat 应用中。作为协议的一部分，Perplexity 将以现金加股权的形式向 Snap 支付 4 亿美元。
通过此次合作，Perplexity 将触达 Snapchat 的 9.4 亿多用户。这些用户在向 Snapchat 的 “My AI” 聊天机器人提问时，将获得由 Perplexity 人工智能引擎生成的答案。
这一新功能将于明年初整合到 Snapchat 的应用界面中。Snap 表示，将从 2026 年开始确认该合作带来的收入。
该合作协议是与 Snap 2025 年第三季度财报一同公布的。财报显示，Snap 该季度营收为 15.1 亿美元，同比增长 10%；净亏损从去年同期的 1.53 亿美元收窄至 1.04 亿美元。此外，Snap 还透露，其订阅服务 “Snapchat+” 目前的用户数已超过 1700 万。
