据知情人士称，Ares Management寻求加强其在亚太地区的业务，并已开始物色一位合伙人级别的管理人员加入其领导团队。

　　知情人士表示，该公司已通过一家招聘公司与多位潜在候选人接触。他们补充说，虽然最终职位取决于这位新员工，但其可能像公司其他合伙人一样，最终领导该公司的亚洲信贷业务。

　　此次招聘正值Ares过去五年在亚太地区实现指数级扩张之际，这种扩张得益于内生增长和战略收购的双重推动。该公司2020年收购不良债务参与者SSG Capital Holdings，标志着正式进军亚洲信贷市场。

　　2022年，Ares收购AMP Capital在澳大利亚的基础设施债务平台，进一步深化了区域影响力。最近，该公司还收购了Crescent Point Capital，并接手印尼公司Northstar Group管理的几家基金的控制权，以进一步巩固在私募股权领域的投资能力。

　　知情人士称，该公司现任亚洲信贷主管、SSG联合创始人Edwin Wong目前没有离开公司的计划。他们还表示，正在招聘的人选应具备熟悉信贷领域的能力，包括直接贷款和特殊情况贷款。
