消息面上，国内冶炼端反内卷利好频出，10月30日，CSPT第三季度总经理会议达成用户BM体系、抵制采用贸易商和冶炼厂平均指数的作价方式、防范恶性竞争、启动黑名单制度等共识；10月29日，中国有色金属工业协会指出，借鉴电解铝经验，对铜、铅、锌等大宗金属考虑设立产能天花板。
东方证券指出，中游冶炼产能在“反内卷”措施落地预期下增速有望减缓，边际角度来看中期冶炼费或存向上改善空间。据悉，中国大冶有色金属上半年收入减少超10%，主要由于受国内外冶炼产能集中加速释放和铜精矿供应紧张的双向作用，冶炼加工费持续低位运行，及企业产品产量减少。
