智通财经APP获悉，周三，美股存储概念股集体大涨，希捷科技(STX.US)、SanDisk(SNDK.US)涨逾9%，美光科技(MU.US)涨近8%、西部数据(WDC.US)涨逾5%。消息面上，据媒体最新报道，韩国半导体巨头SK海力士在与英伟达的第六代高带宽内存(HBM4)供应谈判中占据上风，并成功将其价格提升逾50%至每颗约560美元，巩固了其在高端存储芯片市场的主导地位。分析师预计，基于HBM4的高利润率和通用型DRAM价格飙升，SK海力士明年营业利润可能突破70万亿韩元创下历史新高，该公司已提前售罄明年产能。
英伟达最初对大幅涨价表现出抗拒，考虑到三星电子和美光将大规模供应HBM4，双方一度陷入僵持。但最终供应价格敲定在SK海力士提议的每颗约560美元。一位SK海力士高管表示，考虑到工艺进步和投入成本，HBM4具备大幅提价的因素。
