Kalina Power' Canadian Unit Completes Agreement for One-off Sale of Assigned Megawatts for CA$18 Million

Kalina Power (ASX:KPO) said that its wholly owned Canadian unit, KALiNA Distributed Power, completed the CA$18 million transfer agreement for a one-off sale and transfer of the assigned megawatts to Greenlight and its customer, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The unit received a CA$1 million non-refundable deposit at the end of June, and an additional CA$17 million payment was received after completion.
