路透11月4日 - 公用事业公司Entergy的ETR.N部门与管道公司Energy Transfer ET.N周二表示，双方已签署了一项为期20年的协议，向北路易斯安那州输送天然气。
据美国能源信息署估计，在数据中心超大能源需求的带动下，美国今年和2026年的电力需求将出现创纪录的激增。
两家公司表示，该管道将为 Entergy 的新工厂供应天然气，并为里奇兰教区的 Meta META.O 数据中心等项目提供服务。
Energy Transfer 最初将从 2028 年 2 月开始，每天提供 250000 百万英国热量单位(MMBtu) 的运输服务，一直持续到 2048 年 1 月。
该协议还为 Entergy 提供了扩大该地区输送能力的选择权，以满足未来的能源需求。
