观点网讯：11月5日，中信证券股份有限公司发布关于万科企业股份有限公司公司债券临时受托管理事务报告。

公告显示，近日，万科（发行人）披露了《万科企业股份有限公司2025年第三季度报告》《万科企业股份有限公司关于计提和核销2025年第三季度减值准备的公告》，根据《公司债券发行与交易管理办法》《深圳证券交易所公司债券上市规则（2023年修订）》《公司债券受托管理人执业行为准则》等相关规定及受托管理人与发行人签订的《受托管理协议》的约定，现就下述重大事项予以报告。

2025年1月1日至2025年9月30日期间，万科净利润为负值。其中归属于上市公司股东的净利润亏损2,801,583.57万元，归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益后的净利润亏损2,648,613.72万元。

2025年第三季度，万科共计提或因合并范围变动而增加的各类减值准备合计936,794.52万元，转回或转销各类减值准备合计170,826.37万元。截至2025年9月30日，各项资产减值准备余额合计5,391,489.13万元，较报告期初增加765,968.15万元。

公告称，截至目前，万科存续债券均正常付息兑付，不存在延迟付息兑付或违约情况。
