据知情人士称，日产汽车已同意以900亿日元（5.84亿美元）的价格，将其位于横滨的全球总部大楼出售给在香港上市的汽车零部件制造商敏实集团支持的一个财团。
他们称，此次收购将由KJR Management管理的一家特殊目的公司牵头，由大型汽车零部件供应商敏实集团资助。KJR是私募巨头KKR & Co．的日本房地产子公司。由于事未公开，知情人士要求匿名。此前有报道称，KKR是这栋22层大楼的领跑竞标者。
他们还称，日产计划于周四晚些时候宣布这一交易。
