智通财经APP获悉，11月5日，香港运输及物流局副局长廖振新出席2025全球供应链及物流峰会时表示，香港政府正致力建设有助物流业进一步发展的数字基础设施，而香港运输及物流局正全力构建港口社区系统(PCS)，将于明年初正式启用。
他又指，该平台提供全方位的实时货物追踪和增值服务，实现横跨海、陆、空的物流数据互联互通。通过由香港运输及物流局与香港金管局合作的Cargox平台，几乎所有本地银行都可以利用PCS数据进行可靠的货物核实，简化融资流程，降低中小企的信贷成本，吸引更多货主选择经香港运送货物。
另外，香港运输及物流局与广东省电子口岸管理有限公司签署了合作备忘录，推出“一单多报”以及预先申报海运货物舱单等功能，可减少报关所需的时间和成本，显著提升物流业界效率。
