Kyndryl has entered into an agreement to acquire Solvinity Group B.V., a Netherlands-based provider of secure managed cloud platforms and services. By combining Kyndryl's advisory, implementation, and managed services with Solvinity's private and hybrid sovereign cloud offerings, the deal aims to enhance support for customers running sensitive workloads with strict security and compliance requirements. The expanded portfolio will provide customers with improved security capabilities, cloud platform services, and AI enablement, supported by teams with deep national and international certifications. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed, and closing is subject to customary conditions, including regulatory approval and consultation with employee representatives.
