智通财经APP获悉，11月6日，均胜电子(00699)正式在香港联合交易所主板挂牌上市，迈入全球化发展新阶段。此次港股上市，均胜电子全球共发行股份总数为绿鞋前约1.55亿H股，发行价格为每股22港元，募资约34.1亿港元。
作为中国少数已完成全球化布局的公司，均胜电子通过“Local for Local”的全球布局策略，能真正做到与全球整车厂商同步研发、同步配置供应链、生产和销售网络。
目前，均胜电子已在亚洲、欧洲、北美等汽车主要产销地，拥有超过25个研发中心及60个生产基地，为超过100个全球汽车品牌提供产品及服务，包括中国及全球前十大整车厂。
据悉，均胜电子成立于2004年，是全球领先的智能汽车科技解决方案提供商，核心业务主要包括汽车电子与汽车安全两大领域，涵盖座舱域、智驾域、网联域、动力域和车身域等主要汽车域，为全球整车厂客户提供跨域解决方案。
登陆港交所是新的发展起点。均胜电子董事长王剑峰在上市仪式上表示，“香港上市是均胜电子新的起点，我们将继续秉持初心，创新驱动，依托‘A+H’双资本平台优势，用全球科技与智造，助力打造更智能、更安全、更环保的未来!”
