纽约联储行长John Williams表示，模型对美国中性利率的估算低于债市的预期，他认为债市的估计值并不可靠。

　　“债券市场暗示的中性利率要高得多，但我对此会有所保留，因为以前这些估值往往不太靠谱，”Williams周四在德国法兰克福的一场活动上说。

　　Williams表示，当前模型对中性利率的估算大约在1%左右。

　　他说，“即使中性利率更高，也不意味着我们可以完全不再担忧利率下限的问题，我认为低中性利率的时代仍未过去。”
