Kimly to Acquire Coffee Shop Property for Nearly SG$12 Million

Kimly (SGX:1D0) agreed to acquire GSPL, which owns a coffee shop property in Singapore from Tan Hock Choon and Tan Kah Huat for around SG$11.8 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the company were down over 1% in Wednesday's trading.

The property has a strata floor area of 393 square meters and has a two-story shophouse unit and a 3-room HDB flat.
