11月6日，中国海外宏洋集团（00081）发布公告，2025年10月，公司及其附属、联营和合营公司实现合约销售额37.39亿元，同比下降26%；合约销售面积34.4万平方米，同比下降20.1%。
2025年1至10月，中海宏洋系列公司累计合约销售额273.26亿元同比下降13.1%；合约销售面积246万平方米，同比下降10.8%；截至2025年10月底，累计认购未签约额5.52亿元，认购未签约面积4.88万平方米。
公告中提到，在2025年10月，公司在江苏省扬州市邗江区新增项目1个，总楼面面积9.45万平方米，总土地成本4.03亿元。从2025年1月1日至10月31日期间，公司累计新增总楼面面积194万平方米，总土地成本84.12亿元，权益楼面面积171万平方米，权益土地成本73.58亿元。
