ChainCatcher 消息，据 CryptoSlate 报道，Fetch.ai 对 Ocean Protocol 提起集体诉讼，指控其在人工智能联盟 ASI 中误导社区并不当处理代币。
诉讼称，Ocean 将原承诺用于社区奖励的约 7 亿 OCEAN 代币转移至开曼群岛实体，随后转换为约 2.86 亿 FET 并在市场上出售约 2.63 亿枚，导致 FET 价格下跌。
Fetch.ai 律师表示 Ocean 误导了代币社区和合并伙伴，从中获利数百万美元。Ocean Protocol 否认指控，称诉讼仅为社交媒体炒作。ASI 联盟联合创始人 Goertzel 表示对 Ocean 行为感到失望，但联盟仍将继续推进去中心化 AI 发展。
此前，Fetch.ai 要求 Ocean Protocol Foundation 归还 1.2 亿美元 FET 代币以避免法律纠纷。
