Odaily星球日报讯 在多伦多举行的 Blockchain Futurist Conference 上，Coinbase 首席商务官 Shan Aggarwal 表示，美国国会正在审议的市场结构法案（Clarity）与稳定币法案（GENIUS）是构建加密监管体系的关键组成部分，两者相辅相成，“就像链上经济的润滑油”。
Aggarwal 指出，GENIUS 法案为稳定币扩张奠定基础，而 Clarity 将使更多链上资产得以代币化，促进资金在稳定币、货币市场基金和国债之间的流动，从而推动整个加密生态健康发展。
Coinbase 业务发展负责人 Scott Meadows 补充说，这两项法案结合起来能为机构和市场提供清晰的规则，释放新的机构兴趣与活力。
