BlockBeats 消息，11 月 6 日，美联储古尔斯比周四表示，在政府停摆期间缺乏官方通胀数据，这“更加凸显了”他对进一步降息所持的谨慎态度。古尔斯比在接受采访时说：“我的倾向是，当前方仍是一片雾蒙蒙时，就应该更加小心，放慢速度。”古尔斯比指出，美联储仍可获取多种关于就业市场的私人数据，包括芝加哥联储新推出的双周失业率估算。最新数据显示，10 月失业率可能上升至 4.4%，为四年来的最高水平。
