Coolan Group (SGX:BMT) received a letter from SGX-ST to notify the company of its decision to delist the healthcare and energy group from the bourse, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Trading in the company's shares has been suspended since Nov. 17, 2021, and after multiple proposals to resume trading, the company has been unable to fulfill the resumption conditions.
For the year ended Dec. 31, 2024, the company reported nil revenue and had net liabilities of about SG$34.6 million.
