智通财经APP讯，上实城市开发(00563)公布，于2025年11月6日，由公司成立的附属公司上海城开(集团)有限公司(上海城开)已完成发行本金额不超过人民币11.5亿元的2025年公司债券(第一期)。2025年第一期公司债券仅发行予专业机构投资者，并包括两类：(i)三年期2025年第一期公司债券，票面年利率为2.08%，本金总额为人民币9.5亿元;及(ii)五年期2025年第一期公司债券，票面年利率为 2.56%，本金总额为人民币2亿元。全部均通过面向专业机构投资者的线下簿记建档方式发行。发行债券募集的所得款项将全部用于置换偿还到期的公司债券本金的自有资金。
