Hatten Land (SGX:PH0) will convene an extraordinary general meeting on Dec. 3 to confirm the appointment of liquidators of subsidiary, Hatten MS, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The subsidiary has been unable to continue its business due to existing liabilities.
