金吾财讯 | 新加坡金管局警告称，科技板块的高企估值已构成潜在风险。新加坡金管局在周三发布的年度《金融稳定评估报告》中表示，“部分股票市场估值相对偏高，尤其是科技与人工智能板块……如果市场对人工智能创造足够未来回报的乐观情绪出现回落，可能引发更广泛股市的剧烈调整，并导致私募信贷市场出现更多违约。”金管局指出，股市的大部分涨幅由AI相关投资驱动，使许多投资者对信息技术板块的敞口显著增加。一些大型科技公司使用新型、甚至可能循环的私募融资结构来支持扩张，令部分AI企业面临更大的收入压力。股市估值与经济增长下行风险持续背离，这意味着一旦出现冲击，市场可能出现无序调整。
