** Bell Potter notes that Spirit Technology could be an attractive acquisition target, given its position as the only sizeable independent player in Australia's cybersecurity sector - a market experiencing heavy M&A activity
** Following the acquisition of technology and cyber security services provider Infotrust in early 2024, the co's index classification will change to software and services which will be a positive - Bell Potter
